Update from the bus garage:
Bus 117 students will be late arriving home today. Bus 129 will be bringing them home a few minutes late.

Reminder - Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for the next 2 evenings (10/21 and 10/22) from 4pm-7pm each evening. If you haven't scheduled a time with your teacher, please message them in the app to get one set up!
Please plan to park in the front of the building and enter through the doors by the gym. Members of the admin team will be there to help you find your way if needed.
Also remember to visit the library during the conference hours as Ms. Welden has a book fair set up and lots of books ready for students to purchase and read! See previous posts for more info about the book fair.
The City of Florence Public Works Department has informed us that we are not allowed to use the Cemetery next to the school for lining up for parent pick up in the afternoons. We asked for alternative options and they provided none.
The only available option if you must be here prior to 3:10 in the afternoon is the Overflow lot in the top right corner of this map (green rectangle). Reminder - we cannot line up in the school lot prior to 3:10 or block track flow on Center Street.

Next week is RED RIBBON Week for Boone County Schools! Red Ribbon Week is the nation's largest and longest-running annual drug and violence prevention awareness campaign, celebrated every year from October 23 to October 31. We are celebrating with a series of dress-up days! See attached image for details!

Thank you to all the families who attended the Glow Dance! We had a fantastic turnout and appreciate your support. We hope everyone had a great time! Pop & Sprinkle sold out of their cake pops in less than an hour and said they’d love to come back for other events in the future 😄

The FES Family Resource Center is excited to announce the Family Literacy Night and Trunk or Treat!
